Have you ever gotten so angry that you’ve lashed out, either physically or verbally? When do you know that you’ve crossed the line and require anger management techniques, or outside help?

In a recent article I wrote for Courage To Change.com I delved into some of my own anger management issues, and provided some techniques of how to calm the mind and regain control of your actions.

Anger is a re-action, not an action. It is instinctive, but at times can get out of hand.  I’ve in the past been embarrassed by my own actions when I allowed myself to lose control of the situation.  As I explain some of these episodes, I also reveal some of the thought patterns I’ve adopted to counter such outbursts.
